Rain Down

thWhat a wonderful evening.  I’m sitting in my living room enjoying the wonderful sounds and smells of a soft summer rain!

During these long, hot, summer days, a gentle rain can be so refreshing.

It reminds me of my time spent in the word allowing God’s word to wash over me.  th (1)

 

Ephesians 3:14-21 -“For this reason I kneel before the Father, from whom every family in heaven and on earth derives its name.  I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the Lord’s holy people, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ,  and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God. Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen.”

Seek Him

I have a question for you this beautiful December morning.  Do you seek God with all your heart?

imageSeek?  Hmmm, what do you mean by seek.  Let’s put it this way, have you ever seen a woman seek at a 75% off sale?  Or, how about that hunter that sits out in the cold for hours just to shoot Bambi.

It’s important to them so it’s done with urgency!

“Then you will call upon Me and come and pray to Me, and I will listen to you.  You will seek Me and find Me when you search for Me with all your heart.” (Jeremiah 29: 12-13)

Oh, Love Heart, my prayer for you is that you would truly seek Him! ~Debra
