He described the art as wonderful but took him all of 20 minutes to view. As he was leaving he noticed that a woman who had been looking at a particular piece of art when he arrived was still standing staring at the same picture.
How odd, he thought but it made him ask the question. What does she see that I don’t??
Do they notice a difference, uniqueness, a peace in knowing that I am a child of God?
“You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses it saltiness, how can it be made salty again? It is no long good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled by men. You are the light of the world. A city on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on it stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before men, they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven.” (Matthew 5:13-16, NIV)
